Although I have never kept a training log, as I like to just go on what I feel like, I thought this might be an opportunity to try one.
So here is an attempt.
As you’ll see by all the question marks, I’m not a stickler for time or distance. That would ruin it for me. I just want to know that I’m generally doing the pace/distance I am aiming for. And then, occasionally or often, I’ll check myself on the treadmill just to make sure I’m not going downhill…
